Lovely antique copper scuttle pot with two handles & dramatic figural brass lion heads on both sides; originally would have been to store coal or transport embers for fireplaces.
A rustic hand crafted piece, petite scale with a rounded/domed body and an asymmetrical opening to facilitate the pouring of contents. Complete with two sturdy handles, one on the side attached with rivets & one adjustable swoop handle across the top to carry and for support while pouring… gorgeous antique patina
