Elsmore and Forster was a notable English pottery operating in Tunstall, Staffordshire from 1853 - 1871 and known for producing heavy white ironstone pieces with their registered ‘Olympic’ shape distinguished by their embossed Grecian Key geometric border pattern.
Heavy white ironstone was common for durable early Victorian utility and displayware
