Vitrified Cauldon ware is very strong & durable as it was originally produced and marketed for hotels, railways & steamships, making it well suited today for kitchen and pantry spaces & perfect for utensils, or a handy vessel for fresh flowers
Gowans Kent & Co Ltd., was established in the 1890’s and was a prominent wholesale dealer in crockery, glassware and china until the early 20th century.
7” H x 7” W spout to handle & 5.25” D at base
In excellent antique condition, as found; sturdy and water tight, stands level, not recommended for dishwasher or microwave; one or two natural surface irregularities commensurate with age
