An antique c 1930’s folk art piece, handsome black & ivory paint tin/form after an actual Canada goose; this piece works for display throughout the house; especially nice perched above armoire cabinet or on the wall, and could also be wonderful outside on the porch, shed or boathouse wall or in the garden bed
Roughly the size of an actual goose
Has the metal post to drive into the ground for outside use and for its original use which would have been to attract geese in the field for hunting in Canada and the United States
In excellent antique condition, as found; with light wear to finish/paint loss as is expected with age & pervious use
