This is a lovely petite Regency fashion engraving; from La Belle Assemblée Fashion Magazine in Britain which would have showcased an elaborate sampling of the leading fashions, styles & accessories of the day such as this evening dress robe!

Enscribed at the bottom:

SAXE-COBOURG ROBE
Invented by Mrs Bell, Charlotte Street, Bloomsbury
Engraved for no 32 of La Belle Assemblée 1 April 1816

This was referring to ‘Bell’s Court and Fashionable Magazine’ which was a British Women’s Magazine published from 1806 - 1837, founded by John Bell (1745 - 1831) and was a
landmark in the history of magazine production
