Needlepoint is a gorgeous shade of mulberry plum and wood is a warm rich fruitwood brown; stool appears to be stuffed with straw wrapped in a leather casing and then there is a weathered linen lining.
Stool also has an antique hand written sentiment, ink written label affixed to the underside that reads:
‘Property of Mr & Mrs G S Robinson after death goes to Mrs R E Jenkins Albany N Y.’
