This would have been a shopkeeper’s dry goods / nuts / candy scoop back in the day, c early 1900’s
A generous deep antique brass scoop with a turned wood handle, brass cuff & hanging loop; nice and weighty in the hand, very sturdy
12.5” L / 13.5” L with loop hanger x 3.75” W / Scoop is 6.25” L & 1.5” D
